Yes, I would make this recipe again, but I'd like to try making it again with perhaps shredded pork.

I cut some of the work by using left over baked potatoes. I also used vegetable flavored soft cream cheese. Add a salad and you have an easy "hot" meal for summer dinner.

This was the first time I was introduced to leeks. The seemed to make the soup creamy. My entire family liked it I will make it again

This soup was very good. I used 5 cups of chicken stock and omited the salt. I used almost a cup of whipped cream and then added 2 small cubes of cream cheese. It turned out great!

We love this soup! Have made it several times. I add the cream cheese in the blender, it takes alot less time and makes the soup creamier. I also split the water and make the other half chicken broth.
