Double-Layer Pumpkin Pie

For our money, Cinderella had it wrong. We'll take the pumpkin, not the prince. This delicately layered, sweet and creamy pie is case in point.

i dont know what i did wrong but the pe did not set, and i didn't really like it. i like more of a "cheese cake" flavor than whip cream.

I have to make this pie at every occasion. I actually can make this and get anyone to help me doing anything, ie; helping me move 2 times in one year.

I love how easy this is! I also substituted sugar free pudding and splenda and it worked out just great! What a nice treat for us diabetics!

This pie is so easy and so good, it is unbelieveable. The first time I made it, I made the mistake of using Pumkin Pie filling instead of regular pumpkin. The top was a little softer, but the 2nd time I used regular pumpkin and ended with a split vote as to wish people liked better.

I followed the recipe, and it was good, but I couldn't taste the cream cheese layer...all I tasted was pumpkin, which is good....but why put the cream cheese in it if you can't taste it??? It was good, but I think I'll try something else next time.

I ACTUALLY HELPED MY SISTER MAKE THIS PIE. I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF PUMPKIN, BUT THIS PIE MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH YUMMY. I PLAN TO MAKE IT AGAIN SOON. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS, EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIKE PUMPKIN.

I made this recipe because I love pumpkin pie but this was wonderful. I let my mother have some and she loved it so much I have to make it for her again. I even gave a slice to a friend of mine who doesn't like cream cheese but she absolutely loved this pie as well. I just bought the ingredients to make two more of this pie. i will continue to make this pie all year round. Thanks for sharing this recipe with us.

I had WLS surgery. I sub the milk for skin milk, the sugar for splenda, Lite cream cheese, and lite cool whip. Not much Cals in it. But my family really loved it. I am going to make these pies on Thanksgiving. Wish you had more recipes with the Nutrition Information with skin milk, splenda, lite or low fat creams in it.
