For our money, Cinderella had it wrong. We'll take the pumpkin, not the prince. This delicately layered, sweet and creamy pie is case in point.

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup plus 1 Tbsp. milk, divided

Tbsp. sugar

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

can (15 oz.) pumpkin

pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2

tsp. ground ginger

1/4

tsp. ground cloves

Make It

BEAT cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. milk and sugar in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in half the COOL WHIP. Spread onto bottom of crust.

WHISK remaining milk, pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and spices 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread over cream cheese layer.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.

I made the pie with my kids but the pie has been in the fridge for 6 hours and is still the way we put it in the crust it looks yummy though

I've made this recipe for Thanksgiving for years since my children were young. Now they are adults. This is the only pumpkin pie they will eat. I now make it for my grandchildren too.

This is an awesome pie. I've made it for my wife and me several times as well as potlucks, etc. A few comments were posted about having having left over ingredients after you fill the pie crust. The recipe calls for a 6 oz crust, but if you use a 9 oz instead it fits perfectly.

Super easy, festive and tasty -- but I always have enough to make two! Maybe our crusts are smaller in Canada -- but I'll take two! Someone in another review said the cheese mix made too much so I fill two pies...one for the guests and one for myself! Try it! It might be a new family favourite, like it is in our house!!!!!!!

I made this pie for Thanksgiving last year, and almost ate the whole pie by myself! It was so good. If you love pumpkin pie, I promise you'll love this more!

This pie is a family tested and approved favorite... I've made it for Thanksgiving and Christmas get together dinners and am not forgiven if I don't bring it every year!
