Too much pumpkin and it never set. Also, would reduce the ginger to 1/4 teaspoon.

I agree with kimbethbryant about it overfilling the crust, my solution make as directed but divide between two pie crusts, works great and you get two delicious pies, with only doubling the crust.

This pie is so quick and easy to put together. My husband much prefers it over the traditional pumpkin pie. It has a mousse-like texture and is absolutely delicous. I've made it many times and the recipe has never failed!

this one's been around a long while. It is so good, that I would recommend it even to the most skeptical pumpkin eaters. In my book it rates a 5 star winner! P.S. I never have any leftovers!

My family LOVES this pie! I have made it for the past 2 years and it has been a winner. Very easy to prepare. I actually tried using the spice pumkin pudding and I elimatad the spices. Worked really well!

I made this for my husbands birthday, he loves pumpkin so every year I make some sort of pumpkin cake, pie or cheesecake for his birthday and this year I made this. I've made it a couple of times and it is a big hit. I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin but I loved this version. It is very easy to make.

This is very easy and quick to make and inexpensive; the longest part is the time it takes to set-up in the frig (4 hours or more). I made this today to take to a party tomorrow and I topped it with a criss-cross design of caramel. I like to add some walnuts or pecans to the top when I know that no one is allergic. One thing about this recipe there is always too much pie filling to put the lid on without some squishing out and making it very messy. If you use the amounts the recipe calls for you may want to put a little less pumpkin layer and save yourself the clean-up! Enjoy :)

We love this recipe!!! It's been a family tradition in my house for over 20 years... I'm 26, and I remember my great-grandma teaching everyone how to make it... It's delicious.
