What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup plus 1 Tbsp. milk, divided

Tbsp. sugar

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

can (15 oz.) pumpkin

pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2

tsp. ground ginger

1/4

tsp. ground cloves

Make It

BEAT cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. milk and sugar in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in half the COOL WHIP. Spread onto bottom of crust.

WHISK remaining milk, pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and spices 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread over cream cheese layer.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.

This pie turned out to be a huge hit with my family! Everyone raved about it and there was only one slice left. I refrigerated the can of pumpkin before hand and put the cream cheese mixture in the freezer while I made the pumpkin mixture to help it set. My daughter really loved the pumpkin part. So we made that part again today and discovered we made a mistake the first time by adding a 1/2 tub of Cool Whip to the pumpkin mixture and it was so yummy! So we made just that part today again adding the Cool Whip. It's like a Pumpkin Mousse. What a delicious mistake!

I thought this recipe was good, but not great. There was a lot leftover and my husband did not care for it.

I used a hand mixer to mix the cream cheese mixture and it didnt set..next time i will do it by hand otherwise it was good

Made this yesterday for Thanksgiving dinner, it had a really good taste. Even teenage boys loved it. Think I will try to figure out a way to use Pumpkin layer in a baked pie...

This is going on the 8th year of making this pie, my husband and son just love it! I can't even think of how to make it better! Kudos to the originator of it! And it's the only "pumpkin pie" I myself will eat! DH

My family loved this pie. I will make it again. The pie was easy to make. .Great for thanksgiving and any other time you need dessert.
