In Connecticut we used to call this a New Englander because of the cranberry that grew in nearby Rhode Island. It's the combination with the tartness in the Miracle Whip that makes it all work. Not just an ordinary turkey sandwich any more. Even the kids like it once they have tried it.

I've made this sandwich since the 1970s. It was called Turkey Berry at a restaraunt in Santa Clara, CA.

I make this sandwich on a sub roll. Capriotti's sandwich shop EST.1976 has been makeing it anytime for years. They call it the "bobbie". Good Eats.

I thought putting the cranberry sauce on the sandwich was questionable. But it's what made the sandwich so unique and gave it great flavor.

My favorite sandwich of all time. I have been eating this since I was a child! Only difference is homeade stuffing and butter on the other slice of bread. OUTSTANDING!!!

I was shocked at how good this tastes! But one sandwich was enough for me and my wife. Extremely filling and amazing! I will make this after every holiday.
