With just my husband & I at home, this is nice for us. Sometimes our youngest daughter comes to dine with us. She is very into (not dieting) watching the caloric value of food. She liked it, as it fit in perfectly, for her day. Thank you.

Bland. I don't have time to fix the recipe, I just want something good and easy to fix for my family.

it was good...not great. i left out the mushrooms beacuse my husband is allergic. I added sour cream to the mustard as did other people and got a creamier less mustardy taste ( which was good). It took a little longer then i would havr thought, almost an hour from start to finish. I made white rice on the side and green beans. i probably won't make it again, but it was a nice change and i had all the ingredienmts on hand ......but only 3 stars , not 5, sorry

The prep time was quick and easy. I added lots of different mushrooms and a little bit of lemon, just a little.

I love the flavor of the mustard with the wine... for people who think its too mustardy they should add either cream or sour cream to tone it down. I served it with a dollop of sour cream for my husband and he loved it!
