Yummy. I made it with penne since I didn't have egg noodles but it still turned out great.

I made this last night. It was so easy and tasted great. I did add extra mushrooms, my family loved this and we will make it again.

Very easy to make. Tasted good, but not an overwhelming response from the kids. Will make occasionally for a fast easy week night dinner.

It tasted so good! I used Boca crumbles instead of ground beef. It was a pretty easy recipe, I let my 7 year old sister help cut up the velveeta. My mom, sister and I all agree that this was very tasty.

I'd change some of the ways of melting the cheese.

I add a can of Beef Consumme soup which really makes it richer. My kids love it.

This was so so. I boiled the noodles by themselves, added chopped onion to cook with the meat and then b/c we like one bowl meals, I added green peas the last few minutes of boiling the noodles. After mixing it all together, I added milk, salt and pepper. My husband added sour cream to his bowl of stroganoff and liked it more than me. But I would make this again b/c it is fast and easy.
