This is wonderful dish. It's so quick and easy and even my picky toddlers enjoy it. It's also very easy on the grocery budget.

EXCELLENT! My family loved it! My girls, who are VERY picky asked for seconds. It also re-heats well as leftovers for lunch. We will definatly have this again!

I would add a medium onion and a stalk of celery while cooking the beef. Also I would cook the noodles in boiling water instead of in the skillet. The dish tasted a little starchy with the noodles cooked in the skillet. Also I think one cup of cheese would be more suitable for this recipe.
