What You Need

OREO Cookies

Tbsp. butter, melted

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup sugar

Tbsp. cold milk

tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

Make It

PROCESS cookies in food processor until fine crumbs form. Transfer to medium bowl; mix in butter. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.

WHISK cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp. milk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.

BEAT pudding mixes and 3-1/4 cups milk with whisk 2 min.; pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened; cover with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 4 hours.

I have made this recipe many times. It is a hit every time. We like to add milk chocolate toffee bits to the top. Easy and it tastes great.

This is SO light and creamy! My family was full from dinner and asked for just a small slice. After they tasted it, they all wanted another piece, only BIGGER!!! I would absolutely make this again!!!!!

I have been making this same recipe for years except with a flour/butter bottom layer instead of the oreo cookie layer! Both ways are delicious!! My whole family loves it and requests it for every holiday!
