I'm not a fan of meatloaf but my boyfriend is. I'm also not much of a cook either, so the easier the better while I'm learning. This recipe was so easy to make and turned out great. It changed my taste for the meal and he loved it too! I've made this a couple of times already and only added a bit extra BBQ sauce for a little extra kick.
Couldn't believe how simple and tasteful this meatloaf is.
I'm always looking for easy, and this is EASY. I added a bit of garlic pepper and additional BBQ sauce and I LOVED it. It held together well and was easy to slice.
My family loves this recipe. It's easy, quick to prepare and delicious!
I can't get over how easy and delicious this recipe is! I am NOT a cook, and I have never made (or even liked) meatloaf, but my family and I LOVED this. I made a few little additions: 1T minced garlic, 1/3c diced onion, 1T Worcestershire sauce, layer of Parmesan cheese horizontally spread across the center of the loaf, salt, pepper, a few crushed red pepper flakes, and took it out of the oven halfway through bake time to spread another 1/2c BBQ sauce on it. It was so incredibly moist and delicious. Tasted just as great on day 2!
This is the best meatloaf recipe by far. It easy to make and everyone loaded it. I will definitely make it all the time.
I followed the recipe but with 1.5# lean gound beef and extra ketchup and minced onion..awesome!!
By far this is our favotire meatloaf recipe from time to time, I'll change it up & use a different one, but we always seem to come back to this one.
I made this last night, it was good but not great. It was very easy to make and juicy. My only issue was that aside from the BBQ sauce, it just didn't have much flavor and was slightly bland.
This meatloaf had a good taste. It sliced very well and did not "crumble up" when I put it on the plate. It did seem a bit "bready", so, next time I will crush up the stuffing a bit finer. Also, I will be adding some fresh chopped onion and garlic. I loved and will continue to use the tip for mixing it up in the plastic bag. What a great idea that turned out to be!
