What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

cup water

eggs, beaten

1/2

cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

step 1

PLACE meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in bowl.

step 2

MIX just until blended.

step 3

SHAPE into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish.

step 4

TOP with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF).

How to Make Cleanup Easy

Place all ingredients except 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Remove excess air from bag; seal bag and squeeze until ingredients are evenly mixed. Shape meat mixture into loaf in bag. Transfer loaf from bag to baking dish; brush with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake as directed.

Variation

Substitute ground pork or veal for the ground beef and/or ketchup for the barbecue sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve this comfort food with mashed potatoes and a hot steamed vegetable, such as broccoli.

This is a really easy recipe. It takes so little time to prepare. I use a temperature probe and bake it to 160 degres F and it comes out perfectly. But the real payoff is the taste. My family loves it.

This is a great example of how something super easy can taste very special, as if you worked a little magic in the kitchen. My whole family likes this recipe, which is saying something. I've made it many times and it's a keeper.

tasted too much like stuffing for me. Couldn't taste meat very much. I put a layer of cheese in the middle, which helped, but I would not make this again.

This is an excellent recipe. I love meatloaf. Using the stovetop dressing made it extra quick and easy. If you like meatloaf, you'll love this one. If you want to get dinner on the table in a hurry, this recipe will help you big time!!!

I made this meatloaf all the time, only to change it up, I add onion and then split it down the middle and lay cheese and a little more sauce then seal it back up!!!! Everyone LOVES it stuffed!!!!

This is the only meatloaf I make! It is so simple AND tasty!! My family gobbles it up so fast...I almost need to make 2 loaves! Stuffing is inexpensive and serves as a 2 in 1 as adds nice flavor plus takes the place of bread crumbs. VERY YUMMY!! :)

I made this for my roommates and they loved it. I added slightly more bbq sauce to the top to make it cover the entire loaf. Deish!
