What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

cup water

eggs, beaten

1/2

cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

step 1

PLACE meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in bowl.

step 2

MIX just until blended.

step 3

SHAPE into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish.

step 4

TOP with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF).

How to Make Cleanup Easy

Place all ingredients except 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Remove excess air from bag; seal bag and squeeze until ingredients are evenly mixed. Shape meat mixture into loaf in bag. Transfer loaf from bag to baking dish; brush with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake as directed.

Variation

Substitute ground pork or veal for the ground beef and/or ketchup for the barbecue sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve this comfort food with mashed potatoes and a hot steamed vegetable, such as broccoli.

My husband has been asking me since ever to make him meatloaf but I'm a really picky eater and don't like trying new things. But I made it for him and took a bite and it was really good. He also love it. I will definitely be making this again.

THIS RECIPE IS THE BEST, ITS SO EASY, AND SO PLEASING. IT LIVES UP TO IT'S NAME. MY FAMILY LOVES IT, AND I BUY GROUND MEAT IN BULK I MAKE A COUPLE OF MEATLOAVES AND PUT THEM IN THE FREEZER. QUICK FIX, AND I USE DIFFERENT FLAVORS OF BBQ SAUCE TO KICK IT UP. EXCELLENT RECIPE.

WOW I made this for dinner, it was a BIG hit, instead of barbecue sauce i mixed brown sugar and ketchup and divided it into mix and for topping. It was sensational!! I cut onions into bigger pieces for more flavor. Will make again and again!!!! :)

This is the best meatloaf recipe ever. Whenever I make this I have to portion out a serving for my brother and my best friend for delivery. It is super easy to make and everyone loves it!!!

The only meatloaf my family wants now. I use 1 lb ground turkey and 1 lb lean ground beef.
