This is the EASIEST and tastiest meatloaf ever. My hubby is a meatloaf fanatic and this is the recipe I've used since I came across it. I add chopped onion and use Ketchup instead of BBQ, but that would be personal preference. This meatloaf recipe will give you the perfect texture.
Very easy, moist, & tasty! My 3 year old even liked it. Would make it again.

Nice. Would rather put some flavors, like parsley, garlic, parmesan cheese, little tomato sauce & some veggies around it..I like this recipe too.
The first time I made it I thought it was a bit dry. The next time I exchanged the 1 cup water for 1 can (14 oz) vegetable stock. I also added one diced, sauted onion and 3 cloves minced garlic. Extra tasty, extra moist. I always use this recipe as my base meatloaf recipe!
This meatloaf is the BEST ever! Since making this the first time, I have only made this meatloaf recipe. The family LOVES it!
I made this recipe yesterday for dinner. It tasted really great. My husband said to make sure I make exactly the same next time. Everyone had seconds. There was only one piece leftover. I did add some diced green pepper. And I added some Hunts Meatloaf sauce on top (instead of bbq), also added some garlic powder, garlic salt, salt and pepper for more flavor. I also crushed up the stuffing a little too. The BBQ sauce really gave it the flavor.
Absolutely phenominal. This is my favorite, I hope I never loose this recipe it is just amazing. :)
This is sooooooo easy and it's quick. clean up is easy and most people will have all the ingredients in the house by default. oh, and it tastes great too.
Unfortunately, not my favorite meatloaf. I made it with ground turkey. The flavor was fine, however I didn't like the texture. Because of all the stove stop stuffing mix, the texture was more stuffing than meat. I like my meatloaf to have a meat texture. Perhaps if I make it again, simply less stuffing.
