What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

cup water

eggs, beaten

1/2

cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

step 1

PLACE meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in bowl.

step 2

MIX just until blended.

step 3

SHAPE into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish.

step 4

TOP with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF).

How to Make Cleanup Easy

Place all ingredients except 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Remove excess air from bag; seal bag and squeeze until ingredients are evenly mixed. Shape meat mixture into loaf in bag. Transfer loaf from bag to baking dish; brush with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake as directed.

Variation

Substitute ground pork or veal for the ground beef and/or ketchup for the barbecue sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve this comfort food with mashed potatoes and a hot steamed vegetable, such as broccoli.

I have made this recipe several times and not only is it very simple it tastes very good!!! Great for left over sandwiches also!!!

Made this for my family of meatloaf haters and the whole loaf disappeared and the only thing left was a request to have it made again for dinner the following night! Best meatloaf EVER! Thank you, Kraft!

MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS LOVE THIS MEATLOAF!! I'm not a meatloaf fan b/c it's normally dry and tasteless, but this is wonderful and moist. I make it for church dinners and they love it! I'm thinking of making this but form them into meatballs for a Christmas appetizer.

The stuffing and BBQ sauce definetly gave it a great taste!The only problem was that it came out a bit mushy. It still tasted good, but was mushy inside.

This is the first time I have ever made meatloaf. I read many of the reviews and used a few of the tips to change it up a little (3 eggs, A1 sauce/Ketchup and add chopped onion) and it was so moist and tastey. Great recipe.

LOOOOVED it. My husband HATES meatloaf, and i remember how gross my mom's was...but I made this and OMG,the BBQ sauce makes it soooo much better. Very easy to make! And ALL of us loved it!

This was AWESOME! My husband loved it! I told him he could even make this recipe, he laughed a little, but he loved it. Stove Top stuffing adds so much flavor, salt and seasoning that you don't need to add anything else. Perfect. I have recommended it to several of my friends!
