My husband loves fish. I am not a big fan of fish, but this recipe was WONDERFUL! My husband loved the potatoes He said they tasted just like the kind you can get at Applebee's. I would definately recommend this recipe.

This meal was very good, though I found the Shake 'n Bake coating to be slightly salty. Made it for 3 people, and it really was too much potatoes, not enough fish. I think next time, I'll buy double the fish.

I had to adjust some things like cooking time to get this right. The potatoes were good and fish had potential. I'll probably try it again!

My wife went bonkers for this meal and the kids liked it too. My wife snarfed up the left-overs the next day.

I am not a big fish eater and made this because my husband wanted orange roughy one night. I really, really liked it a lot! Will make this again and again. It is a great recipe for me to get fish in my diet.

I made the potatoes only. They were very good. The cream cheese was enough to give them the "stringy" effect. yumo! Unfortunately, I could not find the potato recipe on its own. Kraft! Put this recipe under "mashed potatoes"

Good, not great. I substituted the Australian fish for the much cheaper Tilapia and didn't have that fabulous of an experience. The potatoes were great, though.
