Great! More of a kid pleaser than I ever hoped for! My family can't wait for me to make it again.

The fish didn't turn out like I thought it was going to be. It was kind of mushy to me. The potatoes came out great!! My boyfriend could not stop eating them. Overall it was a good meal.

The parmesan potatoes were great! However, the fish didn't impress us as much. It was TOO plain. We'll definately be making the potatoes again - but not the fish.

I really liked the crunchy topping for the fish without the fat and mess of frying. The potatoes we actually used onion and chive cream cheese (the store didn't carry roasted garlic) and they were very good.

I think there is something wrong with a healthy choice dish that has 120 calories, 1 gram of fat, 27 grams of carbohyrates more that the dish that is featured with it that happens to be a dessert.
