I made this with strawberries instead of raspberries. I sprinkled sugar over the strawberries and put them in the fridge for a few hours to make them sweet. It was excellent!

I've made this a zillion times and it gets rave reviews EVERY time. The recipe makes a lot so make sure you're making it for a crowd. If not, it's very easy and elegant to prepare these in individual dishes.

Very easy to make and what a wonderful presentation for a dessert. I have made it to bring to various pot luck dinners and even made it for company at my home. Received great comments from everyone who has seen it and tasted it.

I LOVE THIS! Not only does this dessert taste excellent, but it looks beautiful and is easy to make. My first try I used a thawed thriple berry mix (with blue berries and blackberries, in additional to the raspberries) Ont he second round I made a "reduced sugar" version using all no or reduced sugar ingredients. Even the non-diabetics in the family loved it.
