I made these a few times & we love them this time though I tried mixing the cream cheese, melted butter, cinnamon & sugar together with the mixer first & then putting a dollop of the mixer in the center of the biscuit. It made 20 biscuits & we liked them even more!!

I made the savory version with parmesan cheese & italian spice. My book club devoured them. Also I used only half of the cream cheese called for in the recipe & made the biscuits quite a bit thinner than the recipe calls. My kids are anxiously awaiting the cinnamon/sugar version!

So quick and easy! I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and reduced fat biscuits and they tasted wonderful!

Made this for a brunch I hosted...it was a big hit. It tastes like cinammon rolls...only with half the effort.

I cut one pkg of cream cheese into 20 pieces and rolled each piece into the sugar/cinnamon mix. I bought 2 tubes of 10 rolls (Spartan buttermilk) and just put a small dab of butter on each flattened roll. Then I put the cream cheese chunk on it. For half of them I also pushed about 6 blueberries into the cream cheese before baking them. I did not drizzle butter, but was plentiful with the sugar topping. AWESOME were the blueberries...a bit more blah were the regular.
