I liked the flavor, but the other poster is right. I also used butter flavored cooking spray and when I sliced it the whole thing just crumbled to bits. I thought maybe I didn't let it cool enough or something. It was like eating a spoonfull of filling with some pastry flakes on it.

This recipe is delicious, easy, and relatively healthy. I wilted 10 ounces of fresh baby spinach instead of using frozen and it worked just fine and gave it a very fresh flavor. They freeze very nicely, so you can make a big batch ahead of time and bake them as needed. My family loved these; they gobbled them up at a holiday party and asked me to bring them again next time! I definitely will!

I can't wait to try these. I believe I'll try snipping these into bite-size lengths, but leave the log intact to see how that works, what do you think?

Works very well with the phyllo cups.

I made these using spray instead of butter, and found that the outer layer of phyllo crumbled away as I tried to slice it. The last one I sliced crumbled the least so I recommend letting it cool longer than the amount of time listed on the recipe. Regardless, it tasted great!

Everyone enjoyed this. Phyllo was hard to work with, especially using cooking spray instead of butter to save calories. Next time I will make the filling and purchase the phyllo "cups" instead of trying to fight the dough.

I used Parmesan cheese instead of the Feta cheese. They turned out really well!

I've worked with phyllo dough many times before so I didn't have problems using it when making this recipe. It also takes much less time to make a roll rather than triangles. The cream cheese made for an interesting addition to the filling. Overall, an easy and tasty recipe.

This recipe was the hit of my recent party. Easy to make (freeze until you are ready to bake them), tasty and pleasing to the eye.

This was a beautiful presentation. The roll-ups were not as flavorful as I would have liked them to be. Maybe a stronger flavor cream cheese will be used next time, or fresh herbs. The phyllo takes practice. But it is an easy side to take to a party. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and slice and bake when you arrive. I used lots of butter on my phyllo, it helped with the malability of the dough.
