I made this recipe for my family over the Christmas holiday. First Christmas eve with my husbands family and then Christmas day with my family. Both days the plate was empty within minutes of cutting it. Everyone I asked about it said they couldn't believe there was spinach in it. I was told by everyone that I now have to make it for every family get-together!!!! I also have to pass the recipe on to my family so they can make it at home. Even my very picky 7 year old nephew couldn't wait to get another piece. Thanks for the great recipe!!!!!

I prepared this recipe using cooking spray instead of melted butter. I froze it for approx. a week. I let it set 10 minutes from the freezer before cooking. I cooked it in my toaster oven. I had to cook it longer then 25 minutes. I cooked it for approx. 55 minutes. It was delicious, it was eaten within minutes of being served. Next time though, I will try preparing it with both the spray and the butter. With a combination of both, it would use less fat. This is a keeper, really good.

Love this............make ahead & freeze!! Pull out the night before your party, and defrost in the fridge. Big hit!!!! My brother want's me to email him the recipe ( and he won't eat spinach)

I've made this recipe twice. (today will be the 3rd!) Everyone loved it including me. The only thing that would make it better were if it could magically be fat free! It was so easy to make and even my Feta Cheese hating husband loved it.

This was an absolutely delicious appetizer! My friends and family devoured it, and have asked that I make it again for future parties. Also, it was very convenient to make a few days prior and freeze.

I am going to make this recipe for our Christmas dinner. I will give my comments later, however I think I have tried this at a friends house before and I really liked it.

I made this for Thanksgiving and they disappeared so very fast, that I was only able to have one myself! I will make them again for Christmas!

Few years ago, I ate phyllo rolls, made by my friend. It was so good, fantastic taste, and now I want to cook it by myself.
