This recipe was so easy and the flavors were amazing! The chicken is very moist and tender and the aroma is wonderful while it is cooking. I would defenitely recommend trying this, absolutely delicious!!

I first made this recipe about a year ago. I love Greek food and thought this an easy way to get great flavored chciken. To round out the meal I make a Greek salad with the same dressing I marinate the chicken with and serve it with some warm pita bread. It is so well received in my house that my brother asks for it all the time. I hope one day to find an excellent lemon rice pilaf to go with it all.

I used leg quarters instead of a whole chicken since that is what I had on hand. I sliced up the lemon and placed it in the pan with the chicken to bake. It was rather plain. Needed some extra salt -- and I'm not big on salt! Something else is needed to make it more tastey -- just not sure what.

This recipe was good but I would not make it again. I thought it was going to be really flavorful but it was pretty much bland.
