I made the chicken recipe and it was very good, my husband just loved it. I did you shallots instead of a yellow onion. I am making this recipe again soon and I am also going to try the others.

This was so easy to make and yet tasted so good. Why go out for fast food when one can make this dish and please everyone? Great flavors!

I've started the new year on a weight loss program and always looking for low calorie (quick to make) recipes. I made the chicken. Made minor changes. Vegetables: I also added zuccini, instead of the Mozzarella cheese, I used the Mexican Cheese. added more diced tomatoes, but used the garlic with onions diced tomatoes. My family loved this recipe and I will be making it again. I'm trying the beef next, but adding onions, green peppers & zuccini & mexican cheese instead. Keep the recipes coming...

I chose the meatless option, and even my husband loved it. The Italian dressing adds just enough flavor. This recipe is easy and tastes great. I was impressed.

We didn't care for the addition of the Ranch dressing in the recipe.
