Delicious! I added some cayenne pepper and just a little garlic powder also to the Shake N Bake. The chops were tender and mustard was just right!
A yummy entree-BUT-way too done! How do I keep the chops & potatoes from burning? Followed recipe exactly but had to remove pots early or they would have been black.
Receipe was good , the dijon gave the pork chop a good and different flavor. I didnt use that thick pork chops so was a little dry but with thicker pork chop will be tender.
very good as is. The pork chop was very moist (I used boneless pork loin instead of bone-in) and the potatoes were done perfectly. There were no leftovers.
We made this recipe today and it was yummy. We used honey mustard for the pork chops and they wear very tender and good. For the patatoes we used zesty italian dressing and they wear ok they didn't cook very well my mom had to put it in for an other 20 min and they wear hard still. We didn't serve with carrots we had mix veggies with are. But all together it was yummy and we will be making it again
I did have to use russet potatoes, olive oil & Italian seasoning instead of Italian dressing because I was out when I checked. But the recipe is simple & very good. Next time I'll use the dressing, even easier.
Substituted honey mustard for the dijon mustard and it gave it a sweeter taste.
This was really delicious. A hit with the whole family.
Didn't use the mustard - just flavored shake'n'bake, but it was DELICIOUS.
This was a very quick and easy meal to make on a weeknight. The dijon mustard adds a lot of flavor. I do not plain old fried pork chops so this was a pleasant surprise. Will make this again.
