Was pretty easy to make, I didn't have the peppers the night I cooked this recipe, so I used mixed vegetables! Very yummy.
Super easy to make! One of my favorites!
I really liked this dish and so did my husband. It had great flavor. I did change a few things. I used frozen broccoli instead of fresh. I just cooked it in the microwave and put it in after the squash and pepper were cooked. I used Kraft Tuscan House Italian dressing to give the chicken more flavor and used at least 1/3 cup instead of 1/4. I also used whole grain noodles and low fat Velveeta. I think you could tell that it was low fat cheese, but I think the lower calories were worth it. I would make this again!
Was afraid it would be too bland, so I sprinkled the chicken with garlic pepper and added some purple onion in with the veggies. Garnished the top with a little bit of 2% sharp cheddar. It was very good!
Love this recipe! It takes a little prep work, but it is delicious! My family loves it everytime.

SUCH a yummy, easy and filling recipe to make! Instead of the microwave, we cooked the VELVEETA cheese on the stove top and added a bit more milk to thin out the cheese so it didn't thicken up. For someone who doesn't cook, this was a really great starter recipe! Definitely will make it again!
This was easy and delish! I added sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, and asparagus and it was excellent. Very tasty and healthy...and totally easy to make!

This recipe was excellent! Made exactly as instructed and sprinkled crushed red peppers on it after done. The whole family loved it & my husband declared it a keeper.
