Thought there was quite a lot of broccoli when I made the recipe. Depending on if you have a picky eater like I do, you may need to cut back or substitute the veggies. The flavor is a little bland, so adding some spices or more dressing would probably be a good idea. Also may want to add more cheese, as others have stated, depending on how healthy you want the recipe to be. It could have used more cheese, but was enough to coat most of the chicken and veggies. Overall, pretty good for a healthy meal!!
