I made this recipe for the first time this weekend for a picnic and I wasn't sure how people were going respond to it. Everyone loved it, and raved about how good it was and how it wasn't to sweet or heavy. The whole thing was gone before I could try it for myself and I was asked to make it again...and so I did...the next day.

The only change I would make would be to use more pound cake so the bottom of the pan is completely covered. I would like to try Sugar Free angel food cake as suggested as well; I already use Splenda and sugar-free Jell-o. It disappeared within minutes once it was out on the table! With the extra cake I think it will be SUPERB!

was very good, eveyon liked it bt we all agree that it needs more cheesecake filling. made my own pound cake. next time will double cream cheese layer or use the jello cream cheese pudding.

I love this recipe! I made it two years in a row for the 4th and my kids love it. I didn't put blueberries in the middle this year, I liked it even better!

This recipe was great. My family and neighbors loved it. Maybe not just for the 4th of Jul could be great for Memorial Day or Labor Day. Instructions were easy to understand and easy to make.
