I made this cake for Halloween last year, and it was a huge hit with everyone. It even looked just like the picture, and it impressed even my mother-in-law! I will definitely be making this again.

Tasty but more importantly......cute! I didn't have an ice cream cone in the pantry so I used a tootsie roll for the stem. Easy and fun to make! Thanks!

Not sure why my frosting turned out thin & soupy. I will make again with store brought frosting and mix in the food coloring to make it orange. I'm going to have to buy a green tube for writing on cakes to do the piping. Excited to try again.

I really should have measured my bundt pan first. It had too big a gap in the middle to support the ice cream cone so I had to set the cone on a dixie cup to make it the right height. Then I used the rest of the green icing to hide my mistake! Regardless, it was still a big hit!

I made this for my son (his birthday is Oct 31st) a couple of years ago and he wants me to make it again for him this year. I usually have a hard time making things look like the picture- but this turned out just like the picture and I got a lot of compliments. It was also very yummy!
