My family loves it! It's always a post apple picking meal (minus the prunes).

Made this for company. Not too expensive and a nice presentation. Slice thin with electric knife. I would definately make this again

I used a Pork Tenderlion and followed the directions on the package for the cooking time. I served this for a Sunday family dinner and everyone loved the flavor and the presentation. I will make this again.

The cook time was a little long. I would shorten it by 10-15 minutes.

I prepared this for a birthday party I was giving for a girl friend. About 20 women attended the party. Everyone raved about this dish and everyone took home the recipe.

If you really like the flavor of Thyme, this recipe is for you. For my taste, it was too over powering and I used half of what the recipe specified. Also, my apples were very mushy.

I cooked this in the slow cooler all day. It turned out very moist. I waited to put the apples in for the last 30 minutes. My family loved it. But they didn't touch the prunes.

I found the cooking time to be FAR FAR FAR too long. The first time I made this, it was SUPER Dry, so the second time, I lowered the temperature by 75°, checked it at 1 hr, 45 minutes and my meat thermometer was already maxed out. It was so dry, that I had to throw it out. However, the recipe does have good flavors, and my family would have loved it if the meat hadn't turned to wood.

very good, but dont make the mistake i did and use dried crushed thyme. it makes the recipe gritty.
