I made a more healthy version of this recipe. Did not use chorizo, used brown rice. To give it a little extra taste, I boiled the brown rice with 1 chicken buillon first and then added the cooked rice to the mixture. It came out delicious and healthy!

I substituted kielbasa for chorizo and it was awesome...The flavors of the dish are spicy and delicious...I will make it again and again...Next time I'll use chorizo...Great recipe, Kraft...

Perfect recipe!!! Being cajun you don't find many recipes that I would normally make in Louisiana. Great Job.... If you want a taste of the cajun land make this recipe. You will not be disappointed I know I was not...!

I will make this recipe but reduce the sodium in it. 1300 mg is way too much for the majority of people.

Have tried this jambalaya recipe. It is scrumptious! I have made it before with Kielbasa and shrimp and just about every cobination. The turkey one is so very easy and good. My family rates this as a winner.
