Take 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.), 1 Tbsp. oil and 1/4 cup chicken broth and mix & match your recipe from these options...

KRAFT Dressing options	seasoning choices	vegetable & add-in possibilities
Greek Vinaigrette Dressing	1 onion, chopped; 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves	1 red pepper, sliced; 1/4 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese; 12 pitted black olives
Zesty Italian Dressing	1 red onion, chopped; 1 tsp. Italian seasoning	2 cups broccoli florets, 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Pizza! Four Cheese
Classic Caesar Dressing	2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley; 1 tsp. dried basil leaves	4 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped; 2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
Creamy Poppyseed Dressing	2 cloves garlic, minced; 1/2 tsp. ground ginger	1 can (15-1/4 oz.) peach slices, drained; 1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Then follow our simple steps:

COOK chicken in hot oil in large covered skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.

STIR in 1/4 cup KRAFT Dressing, the broth and seasoning until well blended. Bring just to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF).

ADD vegetables & add-ins; mix well. Cook 2 to 4 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

We made the version with Italian dressing and it was good. I cut back on the onion a bit and still had plenty. We will make this again !

Quick, Filling and Fantasic for a night when a long prep-time isn't an option! I'm keeping this on my fridge for future nights when I want to throw something together really quick!

This recipe was delicious! I made the Greek version paired with steamed white ricefor my boyfriend and I and we both loved it! I will definately make this again

I made the one with peaches & peas and devoured it! Not only was it quick and easy, but it makes great left overs. I can't wait to try the other ones! :)

I made the Italian one, it was very good. I doubled the receipe, put it over a bed of rice and used some of sauce for the rice. It was so easy, everything was stovetop. My son Tyler, who is three said, he likes it without being asked, so if he likes it, I love it.

I made the greek one, but I added whole cloves of garlic and at the end simmered cheese on top in the skillet. It was amazing and a new favorite

This was one of my husband's favorites. Because of that reason, I will make it again. I did the Italian one. Only used half of the onion - we love onion but an entire onion?? it can be a little too much of a good thing, you know?
