I would probably leave potatoes sliced and not mash. Instead I would pour sauce over. I also added 2 cloves of garlic and fresh mushrooms. May add tomatoes in future.

My husband and I enjoyed it very much. I substituted the ham with bacon and added salt and pepper. It was delicious !!!!

Excellent! Very cheesy and filling. This recipe was easy to make and I could freeze the extras.

i really liked this recipe, will definetly make it again as it was easy and very good. instead of using regular ham I used maple ham which added some nice flavor to the dish.

My spouse loved this recipe. In addition, leftovers were shared with co-workers and they agreed that it was a great meal. This recipe makes a lot of food.

The quantities on this recipe are off. I use half as many potatoes, the same amount of sour cream, and double the ham, and it still filled a 13x9 and was quite delicious. I also substituted shredded fat free mozzarella & cheddar for the Welvetta, which lowers the sodium quite a bit. It was definitely delicious!

My family liked this recipe. However, I substituted Kraft Cheese Cubes for the Velveeta.

My husband & I loved this dish! In an effort to try to cut carbs, I used half the potatoes and added fresh brocolli and cauliflower. I cooked it with a lid on to steam the fresh veggies and mashed all of the potatoes. A great one-dish meal! Thanks!!
