Low-Fat Raspberry Summer Sensation

This is very good, light and refreshing. I have also played around with the flavor combinations, like putting cheesecake pudding and strawberry sorbet together. Something my husband loves for me to make in the summer.

I made the original recipe and it received rave reviews so I decided to switch it up several times since, I have made it with peach sorbet, fresh peaches and the vanilla bottom, chocolate sorbet with chocolate pudding instead of the vanilla pudding and drizzled a small amount of chocolate syrup on it...each time getting rave reviews! This is a very versatile recipe if you let your imagination take over!

This was outstanding! I doubled the sorbet and it was a great ratio of sorbet to pudding mix. I will defiantly make this again.

The white part of the dessert was very hard & difficult to cut into. Next time I might not freeze them together.

So delicious! However, I used sherbet and I think I softened it a little too much because it was difficult to freeze afterward.

I left out of last comment. I used Lime sorbet. Next time I am going put into a gram cracker crust.

Making this for the 3rd time this summer. Love it! AND it's Gluten Free!

From the prior review I was worried the recipe would be a total wreak, but I decided to give it a try anyway. It turned out beautiful and it was so easy to make. A great hit!

Made this and it fell apart and was mushy. I followed the recipe exactly. Not sure where I went wrong. It was so bad I throw it out.
