I made this recipe before but cut the potatoes more like traditional French fries. It was good. But this time when I was on the website, I saw the video and saw exactly how it was done. It was a great improvement! I did add some salt after baking them. But they were great! They were hearty planks of potato and goes great with a homemade burger on my George Foreman grill! Plus I don't feel like I ate a ton of grease!

Not a ton of flavor. Wish they were more crispy. I think I'll try it again with more seasonings.

I always make baked "fries", but this was the first time I tried it with the Italian dressing (added a little xtra oil for crisp, and season-salt). Good. Instead of turning them during cooking, I lay them on a rack on the baking sheet, they cook crisp on both sides that way, with no baked-on crud on the sheet.

I loved them I made a few minor adjustments! I used ranch and added seasonal salt, garlic salt I also added a tablespoon of oil maybe 2 and last i left them in longer. They came out really good and crispy.

The Fam totally scarfed them down! I added a little seasoning and they burst with flavor in your mouth! I used cooking spray and had NO problems with them sticking to the pan! My family said "put this one on the list!"

VERY TASTY. I cut the wedges thinner for a faster cooking time. I also baste the fries when I flip them over for more flavor.

These were really good. I did have to cook them about ten minutes longer because I wanted them a little crispy. Also after I cut up the potatoes I rinsed them really well in cold water. It gets rid of some of the starch which results in cripier fries. Will make again soon!
