Suggestion: Mix potatoe wedges in Zip lock bag with the Italian dressing first. Then add the cheese and shake again. Works much better than putting in a bowl!

I liked the way these turned out, except they were not as crispy as I wanted. But that could have been my fault for simply not cooking them longer. My boyfriend would have liked more flavor, but I figure, that's what you get for them being healthy.

Delicious! My boyfriend and I loved these healthy alternative to fries. He said he never wants to buy frozen fries again! And I love that I can play around with the seaonings too so we never have to have the same fries twice. Looking foward to having these again!!!

These french fries were great I have made them a bunch of times. But make sure that you spray the pan or they stick REALLY bad.

I used a combination of baking potatoes & sweet potatoes. The fries were not as crisp as I expected, but they were still delicious.

I no longer buy frozen fries since i have made these. My suggestion is to soak the cut up potatoes for about 10 minutes in cold salted water. Pat dry before coating with the dressing. Cooking time is longer than recommended though. Great for people watching their diets !
