my DH loved this!! I used block cream cheese since that's what I had on hand, and added minced garlic and sea salt for additional flavour -- this is a keeper!

This fish recipe is simple and very good. It also has a beautiful presentation and would be perfect to serve to guests.

This was pretty good, but it was missing "something." What that "something" is, I have no idea! The sauce was a perfect consistency after adding just the 1/2 cup milk as reviewers suggested. Probably will make again.

I thought this sounded great when you first sent it. Then, I read the negative comment of 5-22-07. To prevent the soupy consistancy and add more flavor to the sauce; I made a few changes. I softened the cream cheese in the microwave and added the milk a Tbs at a time until the consistancy desired. Then I added the other ingredients. Also, added lemon pepper, salt & pepper and diced some green onions on top. I used a nonstick pan, adding a small amount of olive oil. Discard any remaining oil before adding sauce to pan. Delicious!!!

I was so disappointed in this recipe. Bland, the sauce was thin, and did not turn out at all like I expected. Would never make this again.
