Some things are off with the recipe: it needs less milk, more cream cheese (it was very runny), and salt. I would also broil or bake the salmon in the oven or cut it into chunks. That being said, I thought it was good!

This is the WORST recipe I've ever received from Kraft Foods! I try MANY of your recipes, and they're usually great, but this one was a failure. The sauce was runny, and there was no flavor. You can't cook salmon is a frying pan. The skin stuck to the pan, even with the oil. Then pieces of the skin were attached to the "good" side of the fish. Stick to the oven, and use a recipe that has lime or lemon!

The recipe is quick and easy. Very delicious but I added salt to the fish to give it a little more flavor. I did pass the recipe on to 2 other people and they tried it and loved it.

The only thing I did different was sprinkle a little garlic powder on the fish. Otherwise it was delicious. Served it with the red skin potatoe recipe

Where's the garlic? Is the cucumber a typo? The sauce sounds like gyro sauce which is great but I wonder why the email mentioned velvety GARLIC herb sauce.I will make the recipe once I get clarification but it sounds good!

It would be easy enough to add garlic, and I will since it sounds wonderful.
