This was a great dish. I made it today, and I made a few changes to the recipe. Instead of using a whole green pepper, I used half of a red pepper. I used half of an onion, I added some extra flavor to the sauce by putting in about a tablespoon of crushed oregano and two small laurel leaves. I added salt to the chicken, to flavor it. With the hot pepper flakes, it adds a nice touch. It's a great recipe, and I am looking forward to making it again!
