I really liked this dish. However, the small amount of ingredients tended to create a bland mix, so I only added 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 onion, some chopped garlic, and two stalks of chopped green onions. I also salted the dish to taste as it cooked in the skillet. Or I would suggest using a spaghetti sauce that is flavored, like roated garlic or herbed sauce. Otherwise, a superb dish!!!
