The chicken becomes very tender and doesn't dry out. The only variation I made was to reduce the amount of peanut butter by about half.

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because my husband & daughter were not crazy about this but I loved it! I didn't have the cilantro to use but I added some pepper to the mix. I really enjoyed the sweet/spicey taste & will make it again for just myself!!

I made these last night for my daughter and I. They were wonderful. And when my husband got back from a 2 day trip to Fairbanks, he couldn't stop eating them. Certainly will make them again. I even sliced up the left overs and wrapped them up in a flour tortilla for my daughter's school lunch.

I've made this recipe twice now. I doubled it for a BBQ, and they were eaten up in a matter of minutes. Very tasty. Didn't use the dipping sauce- it's better without it.

Excellent! Quick and easy. I served it to guests and they've all asked for the recipe. It couldn't be easier or tastier. I used Spicy Honey BBQ sauce.

Very good...I wish I had doubled the recipe! I used honey bbq sauce instead of teriyaki, and worcestershire sauce rather than soy. Next time I won't skewer the chicken, though...too messy!!

I added 2 tablespoons of Teriyaki marinade to the barbecue sauce.

The P-nut butter was a great addition. The chicken was very moist.

Great flavor. If you like chinese peanut sauce, you'll love this.
