I thought this was very good, but next time I think I will add a little less Soy Sauce

I have made this three times and have been asked for the recipe each time. I added 1/4 c bbq sauce an 1/4 c terijaki sauce as well. I also just cut the chicken in strips and layed them on the grill instead of placing them on skewers, less mess.

This was wonderful, however I did vary it a bit...I used boneless skinless chicken breasts (not strips) and baked them in the oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. (also coated with breadcrumbs) My family ate it up! I will definitely make this again.

This was excellent-I doubled everything and it worked out great. I couldnt find teriyaki bbq sauce so I used the honey bbq and that was wonderful. Instead of making strips out of the chicken I cut it into chunks and that worked as well..thanks

This was so yummy! I would recommend supplementing it with rice or a whole-grain pasta if it is to be a main course rather than an apetizer. With the additional food, especially rice, people will be more satisfied with fewer skewers, and you can stretch out the pound of chicken.

I added grape tomatoes & onions to the kabobs! They were outstanding - over quick-cook white rice. A family hit!

My kids and guests loved it. I made shish kabobs with peppers, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. I marinated the veggies in a separate container and cooked the skewers over a campfire. YUM!!!
