STOVE TOP Easy Chicken Bake

This player is created by Blackwell Team for testing.
video by: kraft
The soup bakes right in to keep the chicken, veggies and stuffing moist and flavorful. Sour cream seals the deal for a slam-dunk dinnertime.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't really good either. There just was something missing. Plus the stuffing that touches the soup mixture gets REALLY soggy, the stuffing on top is great though. Our family all ate it, but we all thought it just needed something. A bit boring.

It was okay. I don't know what I did but my chicken came out not cooked all of the way and it came out a little dry. I may try it again.

Wow - my husband and I loved this recipe! I used fat free sour cream, cut up chicken tenders (not breasts), and frozen stir fry veggies, and it was wonderful. We even thought this would be wonderful without the chicken if you're counting calories - I'm going to try it that way next time!!

I will be quite honest and say I am a pretty decent cook. Other people would agree. I followed this recipe exactly and it was awful! I make a lot of recipes off this website and nothing has turned out this bad. I don't know what it was, but I didn't like it, my kids didn't like it, and my husband definitely didn't like it. I think it was just the combination of all the ingredients, I'm not really sure, but it was awful. I don't even have any suggestions on how to make it better, it was so awful.

I read the comments before I made this recipe, so I mixed 1 soup can of water with the soup and increased the sour cream to 1/2 cup. I also added freshly ground black pepper and salt. When I make it again I will also add more stuffing.

I made up this recipe for a couple of female friends who were helping me to move. They asked me for the recipe and I have printed it out and I will give it to them.

It was great. I did listen to other comments and pounded the chicken flat first, and also added a dash of pepper to the sauce. Will definitely make again.

Awesome casserole. I took it out of the oven a little early and sprinkled some cheese over the top. My kids loved it and said I could make it again. That means it was really good! Makes great leftovers too.
