I really like this recipe, but I used fresh broccoli and cauliflower instead of frozen vegetables and it was delicious!! Also I don't think 30 minutes is long enough to cook it, mine was in for 45-50 minutes.

I think this is a great flip on a chicken pot pie dish. i use 2 packs of stove top just because we love lots of it on top. it goes far and only takes about 5 minutes to put together.

We make a variation of this meal at least twice a month. We use cooked and seasoned chicken cut up, chicken gravy from a jar, and what ever veggies we have on hand, either frozen or canned. Mix it all up, top with the stuffing mix, stick it in the oven and wait for it all to heat up and the stuffing to get browned and crispy...everyone has raved over it!

I've made this in the past and it was pretty good. This time for some reason it was bland and not even worth having for leftovers. Guess I'd give it another try just to spice it up!

very good..i agree with wifemom08 by adding the cheese as i did follow recipe almost straight. used all brocolli cuz my hubby loves brocolli
