This chicken is so moist. My family really liked it. It tastes a lot better than when you simply dip the chicken in egg. I have to admit, I was a little nervous about the coleslaw but I made it anyway. Even my 2-year-old ate it up!

This is one of the most wonderful chicken recipes I have found so far! I usually have to use more than one packet of the shake&bake, and I also put the chicken on a rack in the pan so it gets crispy all around - otherwise the bottom just gets soggy instead of crispy. I have also found that the chicken has to be really dry for the bbq sauce to stick well! I just take paper towels & pat it dry before dipping into the bbq sauce.

THIS RECIPE WAS GREAT IT WAS SO EASY MY FAMILY LOVED IT AND YES I ALSO USED MORE THAN ONE SHAKE AND BAKE PACKET I ALSO SEASONED THE CHICKEN WITH GARLIC,PEPPER AND SEASON ALL THE FLAVOR WAS GREAT AND IT SMELLED SO GOOD WHEN IT WAS COOKING

I only made the chicken, but took the advice of several other raters... I, too, found that more than (1) pkg. of the Shake n Bake had to be used. I, as well, used a different flavor of bbq sauce and also, put the chicken on a rack placed inside the pan so that air could circulate underneath. I loved it!!! It was quick and easy and the chicken was tender, crunchy, and had a lot of flavor. I will definitely be making this again and quite frequently. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!

I only made the chicken and oh my was it good!!! I used a different BBQ sauce and you deffinately need more than one packet of shake n bake. We will be making this again and soon!!!!!

This was a real winner! Dipping in the bbq sause made a real difference. The whole dinner went perfectly together.

The chicken was good. I will say that. I had to use two packs of shake and bake. I couldn't get the bbq sauce to stay on. But other than that it had good flavor.
