Easy to fix. I substituted liquid smoke for coffee.

It tasted like beef stew in barbeque sauce which is what I should have expected with the title but it was way too tangy (sweet) for my family.

I used pork instead of beef and it was very good.

Fast and easy to make. Didn't say anything about adding water once you got everything in the slow cooker but i added water anyways. It was good.

It wasn't good at all. We ended up tossing the remainders. It had no good flavor at all.

Very quick and easy. Everyone loved it. I prepared everything the night before, then put it in the crockpot the next morning. Forgot to add the coffee at that time, so I just dissolved it in a small amount of hot water and added it at the end.

It was good, fairly easy--I think I am just not a big fan of beef stew.
