This is SOOOOO good. Everyone loved it, served with a crisp salad and garlic toast. I didn't change a thing--yum!
Simple to put together. I love this recipe!!
Delicious and very easy to make!
One thing I found out is make sure your mozzarella chees and becomes really messy. e is FINELY shredded otherwise it doesn't come out of the pastry bag and becomes really messy. Lesson learned! Didn't have pesto so used parsley and onion powder and was still great!
I've been using this recipe for years and have a hard time venturing out to try any other manicotti/lasagna recipes because of how great this one tastes especially for how few ingredients it has. We generally make this in shells since they are easier to fill without tearing. Usually add some spices, never the same twice. PERFECT base recipe and also delicious as it is!
My family Loves this recipe. We however make it with Shells.
This was tasty. Made it for my family. Kids were impressed. Next time I will make sure noodles are a lil stiffer because they did tend to break. This was simple and yummy :)

Made this tonight for the first time after having it at my parents. I did 8 manicotti shells for me and my husband (and some leftovers for lunch tomorrow). I just did a little less than the recipe calls for of most everything except for the sauce. I did the same amount of sauce (used Ragu original). I had no trouble filling the shells- just have to be careful not to overfill, or overcook the shells, that's when they split. I did the same cooking time but uncovered and sprinkled with cheese for the last 1:30-2 minutes. I also made them up ahead of time and poured the rest of the sauce on top and baked 6 or so hours later. Worked perfectly. This is a keeper for us!
Very good - very easy. Have made this numerous times. A favorite!
