Delish! My 8-year old made this for dinner and it was quick, easy, and fabulous! We had to stuff jumbo shells instead of manicotti, which was actually much easier to work with than the manicotti tubes! She had a blast filling the pasta... we will make this again!

looks great and really easy. I would use more sauce and add a bit of shreded cheese to the top of the pasta

The pesto added alot of flavor. The cut-off bag worked great!

great recipe. It just takes a really long time to make... I did have a little problem with the manicoti so you might want to boil them in small batches but other than that it was great. I also added garlic and onions to the cheese mixture and by mistake instead of using ricotta cheese I used cottege but it was still so good everyone loved it. I baked fresh bread to go with it.

Manicotti is my favorite Italian food, so I decided that I would try and make it. It was gone within ten minutes and only four people were eating it. They all loved it. The only thing I would do is add a little more sauce, but that is just a personal preference.

Definitely delicious. Only thing I would change is to add a little spinach into the cheese mixture. It is a fairly rich dinner and the spinach would help to counteract that a bit, I think.

Excellent - family tradition! So easy. Try adding a box of frozen spinach, drained - it works flawlessly and tastes great.
