We liked this recipe a lot and it's so easy to make!

I thought this was an easier version of manicotti(especially with the how-to make video) but I thought it lacked a 'WOW' flavor. I should have added basil and oregano to the filling. However, it really impressed my dinner guests of all the so-called work I went though. Will make again with more spices. :)

The overall taste of this recipe was very good. But it was a handful to make. The manicotti noodles that I purchased fell apart very easily. And it took myself and my son to fill them, one person to hold and one person to fill. But we enjoyed making them together and had a few really good laughs at the flying manicotti noodles.

My family realy enjoyed this dish. I think I would like to make it again and make my own fresh pesto vs. a store bought for a more fresh flavor. The leftovers were great reheated, too.

I keep all the ingredients the same as recommended except I add 1/4 cup pureed spinach and 1/2 cup pureed cauliflour to the cheese sause. I also add 1/2 cup pureed carrots to the spaghetti sauce. It is fabulous, healthy and is one of my kids' favorites.

I think that it needed a little more pesto & cheese, but otherwise very good.

Very, very good. This recipe took a little longer to make than I thought it would but it was fabulous! Be sure to make your manicotti shells the night before. (You'll be glad you did.) Also, be sure that the hole you cut in the bag is a small one. This recipe tastes very good and my entire family liked it. Went very well with the creamy baked asparagus and tiramisu.
