I'm not a good cook at all. My sister has recently had her first baby so I offered to make her dinner, hoping I would do okay. I picked this with the Basil Salad and it was really easy to make and tasted pretty yummy considering I usually burn salads! The Black Forest Mousse Dessert tastes great afterwards, too!
Added ground round and mild Italian sausage to sauce. Small town grocer did not have pesto sauce, so I substituted a bit of a package of creamy pesto sauce mix. Simply delicious, and easy.
I did not use the pesto sauce, so I thought it was a little plain. Very easy way to fill, I used a cake decorating bag instead of a ziploc.
I omitted the pesto and instead added some Italian seasoning in with the cheese mixture. This was very tasty & filling (enough for 4 adults+). You could always add a little ground beef to the sauce to give it more substance, but I thought the cheese & shells was enough! Using a plastic bag to full the manicotti made it so easy!
Thanks Kraftsfoods for this great receipe. I made this for my family and it was a hit. Everyone loved it. This was very easy to make.
My guests thought I had slaved for hours in the kitchen for this one and it was quite easy. The bag for the cheese made it much easier. The pesto was a wonderful touch and added much flavor. I added a bit of meat to my sauce since hubby doesn't think it is a meal without meat.
I thought this was great and easy. The pesto was just the right amount of flavor. I will definitely make this again!
My teenaged daughter asked me to make stuffed shells. I made this instead. Results - great Mom, make it again.
This is very easy to make even for a weeknight meal. My kids liked it.
I really liked this recipe alot. My husband thought it was superb! I would definately make this again. Also using the plastic storage bag to stuff the manicotti shells is a very clever idea, and made preparing them much easier.
