Everyone loved it. It was simple to make - except I forgot to cook the shells before I stuffed them! So, I added a cup of water to the sauce I poured on top and baked it for 80 minutes. It turned out great!!

This was an easy recipe. I wasn't sure how I would like the pesto, but it was great. It was also a budget friendly meal. My two year old even loved it. Thanks Again!

The whole family enjoyed the manicotti and it was a cinch to make. I did it without the pesto but added in some italian seasoning to the filling. It turned out great.

I thought that this recipe was excellent. My daughter who's so picky, ate it up. The pesto was the cherry on top.

I think you should note not to cook the Manicotti too long as it gets too limp and also to cool the filling so it doesn't get runny. I had a hard time filling over cooked manicotti and stuffing got a bit runny before I was done. Tasted great but noted these two things while making.
